Sarah J. Maas did it....AGAIN!!!
The fact that this chick has written 9 books, 3 of which I have read, leaving SIX more books...SIX BOOKS of hers for me to devour...with more coming in the future...fills me up with unending joy.
How do I love thee, Feyre? Let me count the ways...
1.) Is there a word more grand in scope than EPIC? Well if there is, let me know so I can use it to describe this story.
2.) The twists and turns. There were so many I felt like I was hurtling down Lombard street in San Francisco.
3.) The plot. The plot the plot. It was more plot driven this time around, but holy crap did it take me on a wild ride that I never wanted to get off of.
4.) War. The way she writes about war is so....so. I'm still so shaken by this story I can't even find words. She's turned me into a blithering idiot, but it was so worth it.
5.) The ending was freaking fantastic.
Let me tell you why this book is getting 5 stars. Any book...and I mean ANY book that can make me cry, either from sorrow or joy, deserves 5 stars, hands down.
I cried tears of both while I read.
You must read this book too. You will thank me.
